Can a shoe bought at another store be returned to Footprints, even if it’s the same brand? No, we are an independent retailer and receive no reimbursement for product from other separate retailer.
Can a shoe be returned? Yes within 14 days unworn, including box in original sale form.
Can shoes be repaired by Footprints? We do not fix shoes, however depending on the type of shoe foot bed, and sole we have several partners who we team up with who are happy to fix shoes and resole, i.e Birkenstock etc.
Can shoes be stretched or altered to better fit foot? Yes absolutely, we offer a number of years of experience in stretching shoes and fit forming practices in store free of charge.
